I am terrible with telephoto zoom lenses as my hands shake a lot but even I am capable of achieving great shots with the Canon 55-250 Lens. The main reason for this is the build in image stabilizer that helps you get crystal clear shots even when fully zoomed in. This is something that I was surprised to see on such a budget priced camera and I was even more amazed when I discovered how well it works out in the field. Its focus range obviously means that you are not going to be using this as your walk around lens but it is compact enough to be carried around in your camera bag as a perfect supplement to your standard lens. I would recommend this lens to all budding photographers that want to expand their range of possibilities. You really will not have any regrets after buying this lens.
